As part of the Notability wikiproject, I am trying to sort out whether this topic is notable enough to have its own article. There's some notability claimed here, including the exhibition at London; but I think it would be better if an expert has a look at the article and decides whether he really passes the criteria.

I think we're OK here. A very quick search turned up the following:
- 138,000 google hits, which appear to be about the same individual (it's an unusual name).[1]
- Arts Council of England calls him "an internationally renowned artist" and bills a mural project (which has got coverage elsewhere also).[2]
- Channel 4 write-up has some credible achievements.[3]
- Cartoon on BBC web site.[4]
- A work in the Victoria & Albert Museum.[5]
- Volume of postcards billed in Creative Review.[6]
