Jonny Briggs is a Children's BBC television programme first broadcast in 1985. It revolves around the exploits of a young child, his pet dog, Razzle, and his eccentric family members. It stars young, Leeds-born actor, Richard Holian as "Jonny". It also stars Leslie Schofield, who had previously starred in Star Wars, then went on to star in EastEnders and The Smoking Room, and Sue Devaney, who went on to star in Casualty and Dinnerladies.

The theme tune is The Acrobat by J A Greenwood.

The programme is set in Middlesbrough, a common misconception is that it is set in Leeds.

The programme is based on a series of popular children's books.
