Jonathan M. Dorfan

Jonathan M. Dorfan is a particle physicist and former director of the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center (1999 - 2007). He received his B.Sc. at the University of Cape Town in South Africa in 1969 and his Ph.D. from University of California, Irvine in 1976. Thereafter he worked on various projects at SLAC including MARK II and BaBar before becoming director in 1999.
