Jonathan Galland is a health writer based in New York. He created the recipes for The Fat Resistance Diet, written by his father and mentor, Leo Galland M.D.[1]

He has promoted the book on the radio[2] and contributes work to magazines[3][4] and newspapers. [5][6]. Articles about The Fat Resistance Diet and recipes from it have been featured in publications such as Glamour Italia,[7] The Stamford Advocate,[8] The Wall Street Journal,[9] and The Ecologist.[10] The website of Fitness includes one of his recipes.[11].
Galland has studied in Italy and Japan, which gave him inspiration to use the ingredients and flavors of these countries to create the recipes for The Fat Resistance Diet.[12]
