Jonathan Fraser

Jonathan Fraser (born November 1, 1967) in Chicago, Illinois is an American actor who portrayed Tom Fisher in two episodes in the soap opera The Young and the Restless in 2004. He has also starred in TV shows such as Frasier and CSI.
