Jonathan F. Earle is the current Associate Dean for Student Affairs at the University of Florida College of Engineering. In 2007 he received the Presidential Award for Excellence in Science, Mathematics and Engineering Mentoring.
Earle is also an Associate Professor in the Department of engineering. He has been working for UF for over 20 years, and in 1992 he joined the Dean's office. His main contribution has been to create the Gator Engineering Outreach Program for minorities on campus. It should also be noted that he serves on the National Executive Council of Tau Beta Pi engineering fraternity.
