Jonas Kazlauskas (born November 1, 1954, in Panevėžys, Lithuanian SSR, Soviet Union) is a Lithuanian professional basketball coach.
In the past, he has coached Lithuania's top two basketball teams — Žalgiris Kaunas and Lietuvos Rytas. He has also been the coach of the Lithuanian national team. Currently, he is head coach of the Chinese national team until after the 2008 Olympic Basketball Tournament.
As a player for Statyba Vilnius (now known as Lietuvos Rytas), Kazlauskas won a bronze medal in the USSR Supreme League of 1979. He is not to be confused with the late outstanding Lithuanian linguist, whom was also named Jonas Kazlauskas (1930–1970).
