Jon Kenny (born 1957 in the town of Hospital, County Limerick, Ireland) is one half of the famous Irish comic duo d'Unbelievables with Pat Shortt. They were very successful together until 2000, when Jon was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Disease. He made a successful recovery and is busy performing numerous gigs all over Ireland.
He is also known for appearing in the Channel 4 sitcom Father Ted.
Also an accomplished singer and Munster Rugby supporter. Jon's siblings, Ann, Joan and Tom have released a serious of hilarious novels about his early adventures in showbusiness, published by Eeb publications and available in all good centra stores from cahirshiveen to hospital.
Jon has just completed filming a lead role in an independent European feature film called Insatiable, directed by Jessie Kirby. [1]
On his new dvd Back To Front Jon says he plays the nastiest man in Ireland in his new film Insatiable, this is his first serious role on film.
