No problem It is kind of fun to find the links and add them. I'm glad there are other people interested in NH history here. Marc29th 19:21, 6 January 2006 (UTC)

Can I ask why you posted the standard wiki greeting in my talk page? Was it just being friendly, or did I do something wrong? Anyway, thanks for the help, and despite the "confusion" warning, I like your user page. Swatjester

Ah I see now. Thanks. I'll have to ask you sometime how you developed the custom templates and stuff, but this is only my 2nd or 3rd day doing any real editing, and I've got plenty of time. Swatjester

Thank you for the help! Are you from New Hampshire (saw something about it in your talk page)? I'm from New Hampshire. the preceding unsigned comment is by Holocron (talk • contribs) 21:16, 5 January 2006 (UTC)

I beleive my page was just vandalized. On the first day. Could you tell me how to send this, 69.255.58.199, I.P. address to an administator? the preceding unsigned comment is by Holocron (talk • contribs) 21:30, 5 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Waynem

Hi, Jokermage, thanks for the welcome message. If you don't mind, could you look at the revisions I made to the Kazakh language article and see if it helped?the preceding unsigned comment is by Waynem (talk • contribs) 01:00, 6 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Lawlore

Hey, Jokermage, appreciate the welcome. I've actually been a very occasional, usually minor contributor here for a couple of years, but it's cool to finally have something on my talk page, and I know that I will use the style links in future, so it's good to have them to hand. Just a heads up though, you've got 'splendid' misspelled. --Lawlore 01:03, 6 January 2006 (UTC)

Hummm... well... i'm kinda new here... and i'm testing things... put some informations to know how to work with wikipedia... do you know how i make an article in wikipedia? thanks sensatez

[edit] Jordancpeterson

You provided a link from the welcome note that you left on my talk page to go directly to this comment window/page what ever you want to call it. Can I leave comments for others or ask questions of others this way too? If so how? I see if I click on someone else's talk page it just goes to their talk page to edit it and not actually leave a comment. I'm probably missing something. Hope you understand. the preceding unsigned comment is by Jordancpeterson (talk • contribs) 03:45, 7 January 2006 (UTC)

I understand you withdrawing yourself from the WikiProject whilst the dispute continues. May I ask you consider still helping out in some of the current tasks, which are mainly in place to help userboxes confirm to Wikipedia Policy. I also hope you return once the sceane has calmed down, as you have been a valuable member. Thanks! Ian13ID:540053 14:47, 2 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Re: Angels in Islam

Hi Jokermage. Thanks for the questions:

  1. Malaika is the plural of malak, meaning angel in Arabic (term used by Arabs even before Islam).
  2. It's been agreed (after many discussions) that the concept of angels in Islam is to be included in the main article Angels which contains other concepts of angels. You can find it here Angels#Islamic views, with a link to the main article Angels in Islam.
  3. Mala'ika as a redirect of Angels in Islam sounds a good idea. It is also recommended to add a note on the top of the article Malaika (which talks about a Kenyan song or album by Fadhili Williams).
  4. I am not sure about using the term Mala'ika within the article. It is just as using other terms for angels in Judaism or Christianity. After all, there are no big differences, if none, between angels in all the three monotheic religions. They are the same angels.

Please feel free to ask any time. Cheers -- Szvest 13:29, 7 January 2006 (UTC) Wiki me up™

Hi again Jokermage. What do you mean with the advice i can give? -- Szvest 14:27, 7 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Jelly

Hi, Thanks for doing the disambig on Jelly; it looks like a generally good job to me. I reckon we should still split up Jelly (food) (jams vs. "Jell-o"), but I'm not sure which lines would be the best to do it along. Fourohfour 16:18, 7 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] What does [[no:William Marrion Branham]] mean?

On the William M. Branham page under the external links section someone put "[[no:William Marrion Branham]]" See this edit What does that mean? Also what does the line of text above it mean? "[[pt:William Marrion Branham]]" Strawberry Island 03:09, 10 January 2006 (UTC)

Thanks for the info on both questions! Much appreciated! Strawberry Island 2006-01-12 00:13:47

[edit] Do Not Want

Yo! Would you mind having a look-see at Talk:Do_not_want! for me please? I'm a little confuddled as to what to do, i.e. should the page be left there or marked for deletion?

I cant really see it's point.

Also, I posted here 'cos you left me a message on my talk page saying to drop you a comment if i had any quesions, but what would be the normal way of flagging a page like this for the attention of others?

Cheers --DakAD 05:44, 21 January 2006 (UTC)

Thanks for the reply :-) --DakAD 07:47, 21 January 2006 (UTC)
