About your questions, you can edit by clicking the "edit this page" button which is at every Wikipedia page, or by clicking the blue [edit] links on the right hand side of the article, which gives you the option to edit an article by sections.
If you have any questions or comments about an article, you can post in the talk page of the article. As for user talkpages, like this very talkpage, Wikipedia:Talk page has a good explanation on it. Btw, I'm certain that the above links can answer most of your questions regarding Wikipedia, just give it a read.
