I have moved the page "John paul dowling" you created to your user page, as it seems to be about yourself. If you intended it to be an article in the main encyclopedia, you may re-create it, but first please read the guidelines Notability and Notability (people), and also the guidelines on autobiography, conflict of interest and advertising, to understand why it would probably be speedily deleted.
