Check User:TheCustomOfLife/Articles to see the articles I've written. The one I'm most proud of (and got nominated for Featured Article Status) was Another World (soap opera). The photographers of the publicity photos you've posted of Susan Lucci, Erika Slezak, etc. may not like their work posted here without being notified. I apologize for chopping it off. I was doing little cuts and snip-its to the OLTL site and thought that if I chopped off some of the soaps on the template box that it would only affect the OLTL site. It was only afterwards I realized my mistake and tried to fix it.

I see you've been doing lots of work on Metromover and other Miami public transit. I took the liberty of creating a new category, Miami Metromover, which is a subcategory of Metro and I have added the Metromover stations, just empty placeholders where there was not an existing entry. Hi, I've started a drive to get users to multi-license all of their contributions that they've made to either (1) all U.S. state, county, and city articles or (2) all articles, using the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike (CC-by-sa) v1.0 and v2.0 Licenses or into the public domain if they prefer. The CC-by-sa license is a true free documentation license that is similar to Wikipedia's license, the GFDL, but it allows other projects, such as WikiTravel, to use our articles. Since you are among the top 1000 Wikipedians by edits, I was wondering if you would be willing to multi-license all of your contributions or at minimum those on the geographic articles. Over 90% of people asked have agreed. For More Information:

To allow us to track those users who muli-license their contributions, many users copy and paste the "{{DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual}}" template into their user page, but there are other options at Template messages/User namespace. You just copied the contents of this to Tri-Rail/Metrorail Transfer Station, which I had moved it from. First of all, this is not the proper way to move a page; you should use the move link, or, it that doesn't work, put it on Wikipedia:Requested moves. Hi, imdb incorrectly lists them. The award Sammy David Jr was nominated for was in 1980, not 1979, and was actually won by Hugh McPhillips from Days of Our Lives. The 1977 awards did not have a supporting actor category. Granger was nominated in the Best Actor category but lost. Seee this page for more info [1]. Hey, Thanks for your great contributions to the M-DCPS article, but I have a question about Booker T. According to Miami-Dade's website, and the school's own site, Washington was opened and built in 1986, the comment you added to the article doesn't reflect that, perhaps the original B.T. Washington was not the same as the current one, or is there some sort of mistake there? I always heard Edison was the first black school in Miami, but I could be wrong. You appear to be active in WikiProject Miami, or have contributed a lot recently to Miami-related articles. I would like to invite you to contribute your opinions on a grant proposal for a project that may provide unique and helpful resources for Wikipedia in Miami.

Over the last six months, Wikipedia and Wikinews have been discussing a project proposal with the Knight Foundation which could create a new type of an environment for locally-oriented encyclopedic and news content. The general idea involves an official sanctioning of a local Wiki community in one or two charter areas, one of them being Miami. The Wiki community would be empowered to cover all things Miami -- even things that normally would not pass notability restrictions -- and cover both encyclopedic information as well as current events in the South Florida community. The proposal may even involve the creation of a physical "wiki space": some sort of a local room or office to coordinate efforts and provide community members with a place to create and edit articles.

I'm working on formalizing the proposal, and would like to invite you and other Miami contributors to a project brainstorming session via chat. The chat will take place this Saturday, July 14th, at 12 noon Eastern Time (9am Pacific). If enough people can't make it there will be an additional repeat meeting at some later time.

The online meeting will happen using IRC on the channel #wikipedia-miami -- you can use your own chat client or the use this handy link to join the chat. Please don't forget to provide your username when you log into chat.

I personally like the new images you've uploaded, but there was a specific reason that screenshots were used previously. Promotional photos are generally considered replaceable, while screenshots are OK under fair use. As soon as someone notices, they will probably put up for deletion, as was recently done with all the Passions images. I wish you had uploaded these images separately and not just replaced the old ones with your new images. TAnthony 05:44, 13 August 2007 (UTC)

Also, fair use images are only supposed to be used for characters, not to show what performers look like (see #8 here), so your use of images in Erika Slezak, Robin Strasser etc. are not appropriate and will surely be removed from the articles and perhaps deleted. Hello, Johnnyjoe23. It's best not to move the woman's article of her maiden name or the name that she is mostly known by to her married name...unless she is also well-known by her married name. What I mean about that is explained in this link.

However, since Blair Cramer has been married to Todd Manning as many times as she has, the name Manning has become as common a name for her as her maiden name, and therefore I won't move her article from Blair Cramer Manning back to Blair Cramer...yet. Blair is an exception concerning this topic, much like Kendall Hart Slater is, when it comes to moving the woman's maiden name to her married name. But cases such as Jessica Buchanan are not, considering that Jessica is mostly known to television viewers as Jessica Buchanan, not by her married name.

On a different note, I also need to tell you that fair-use images are not allowed on Wikipedia to depict real-life people. Yes, we can use fair-use images in an article of a real-life person to depict them as a fictional character that they have portrayed or are portraying...or for cover art (album cover, magazine cover, etc.), but not for the main (introduction) image within an article, such as the image you added to the Trevor St. John article. Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Mdt logo.gif. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not.
