Thank you for clearing matters up at the LDP page. One anonymous user had come in and made themselves obnoxious; I find the easiest way to deal with such idiots is to wait for them to get bored and go away and/or screw up and get banned, and after that fix up their BS, but it does leave articles in rather poor states for too long. I see Longhair's already left one of the generic welcome messages for you; I find them rather condescending personally, but there's some useful links in there if you plan on sticking around.
