That comment was from a user named "Sagbliss" who was off the charts in her misunderstanding of what wikipedia is for, and how it works. She was upset by other editors reverting her edits, and asking her to be more balanced. Eventually she threatened to sue the foundation, other editors, admins and the like. She was banned.
