ok, so what is first?--Pewwer42  Talk  10:12, 13 February 2008 (UTC)

If you've read through both the reading list, and the how-to guide, I would welcome any questions you have about those two guides. After that's done we can move on to admin related tasks. Happy editing! JW..[ T..C ] 19:47, 14 February 2008 (UTC)
I'm pretty sure I understand all of it (although it will take some time to be able to instantly remember some of it) but I did have one minor question, how many articles does it take to screw in a light bulb start a backlog?--Pewwer42  Talk  23:34, 17 February 2008 (UTC)
Well, I'll admit I'm not quite sure, but from my experience it only takes a few articles before users start referring to a list as a backlog. (See WP:BL). Or just one article... Happy editing! Sorry for taking so long with my response to your question. JW..[ T..C ] 19:12, 27 February 2008 (UTC)

So now what is the next step in coaching?--Pewwer42  Talk  20:36, 2 March 2008 (UTC)

Ok, now that you've read through that, I'd still recommend some more reading. I've found Virtual Classroom to be extremely useful. Also, it would be useful to have Wikipedia Department Directory bookmarked, or maybe even added to your monobook.js sidebar. (This is just a suggestion, and isn't required to be an admin (if you'd like to know how, I'd be glad to help). If you have any questions feel free to ask. Happy editing!
