John Stutz was born September 12, 1968 in Los Angeles, California
John Stutz attendeed UCLA where he received a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering in 1991. While in school, he worked as a staff photographer for the UCLA Daily Bruin, primarily shooting sporting events. After graduating, John Stutz began photographing portaits in his spare time. In 2003, he accidentally discovered his style during a photo shoot with London model and actress, Pixie. Shortly thereafter, John Stutz began focusing his art on images of physically gifted athletes.
The unique style of John Stutz's imagery has quickly taken root in the bodybuilding and fitness industry. He has collaborated with many of the world's most recognizable personalities in fitness. The popularity of his art continues to attract the attention of figure athletes around the world.
Paramount to his accomplishments in photography, John Stutz still considers his art in software engineering, architecture, and design as his true artistic talent.
