Hello, Let me introduce myself. My name is John and I live in Connecticut in the US. My wife and I have been researching nutrition and its relationship to degenerative disease since 1982. We read and study all we can get our hands on, and the information we get from Wikipedia is very thought inspiring. We are always looking at "fresh" approaches, and we definitely see it here. I am looking forward to working with all the editors to produce a wonderful encyclopedia. We specialize in (and spend most of our waking hours studying) nutrition so this is what we will be contributing.
