John Ketchmark---Birthdate,Nov.1,1967; Hinsdale, Illinois. Businessman/Actor. John was born in the suburbs of Chicago to Robert and Celia Ketchmark. The family moved to Bloomington, Illinos when he was 2 and that is where he was educated from kindergarten through high school where he attended Bloomington Central Catholic. He earned 2 varsity letters and went to Eastern Illinois University as a baseball recruit. Although he never played at EIU, he was a member of Sigma Pi Fraternity for four years and graduated in May, 1989 with a degree in Business.
He moved to San Diego, CA in Aug. 1989 where he started his professional career in the business world and in the acting world. He moved to Los Angeles in Dec. 1992 and has lived in the LA area since. He has been employed for such corporations as Countrywide, John Hancock Financial Services, and Ricoh. He has also performed in several film and television productions. He is credited in numerous productions as Jack Ketchmark. The name was given to him by a Hollywood Casting Director who had too many "John's" in his stable of actors, so he called him "Jack". He is a member of the Screen Actors Guild and resides in the San Fernando Valley.
