The Denver Post Article contains a specific quote from John W. Scherer so the criticisms are referenced. This also balances the article when compared with the unreferenced section In the News and Community. Javaroast 16:00, 19 October 2007 (UTC)

Javaroast, I see your point. I looked at the Video Professor article, and I feel that having Lawsuit info vs. criticism would be more appropriate. Please see new version and discuss.Wikifan111 18:27, 21 October 2007 (UTC)
