There are many Web sources that refer to a "John Thomas Daniels" as an ADM founder. It looks like a widely copied error. ADM co-founder john W. Daniels did have a son, Thomas L. Daniels, who also worked for the company.

John Thomas Daniels is given a Yale graduation date of 1914. It seems highly unlikely that this is the same person as John W. Daniels, as Archer and Daniels started their business in 1902 in Minneapolis, far from Yale. The son did reportedly begin working at Archer-Daniels in 1914[1], but the name does not quite match the Yale lists. --Cheesemaster 10:47, 1 April 2006 (UTC)
