[edit] Public domain/Commons

  • Wouldn't it be pertinent to mention all of this man's work are now in the Public Domain?
  • I think it would be better to upload everything to Wikipedia Commons and link to there instead of having a gallery. As nifty as the Gallery function is, it tends to break the flow of the article. Circeus 14:38, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
  • The talk page is the place for mentioning the Public Domain issue, not the article, and you've now done that, thanks ... :-)
  • Uploading more images to Commons would be great, something I might get around to, with a {{commons}} link when done or underway. I think a small gallery of 4 quality photographs at the end of the article is appropriate for a photographer of this significance. It comes after the body of the article in the "summary" area and doesn't interrupt the flow of the article at all in my view. --Cactus.man 15:03, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
