Then you can't have seen it that much, I remember him so yes, he is of note. His gimmick was that he botched alot of moves (i.e. falling off ropes or landing on his head e.t.c) and the crowd seemed to like him anyway. You are thinking of ECW as Extreme Championship Wrestling, he was an Eastern Championship Wrestling guy, if you arn't sure why this should matter (or worse, think they are two different companies) then do some research on the history of ECW.
