[edit] Mandarin mistake?

Can someone provide a link about Mr. Spencer calling "everyone dogs" during his apology in Mandarin? That just seems too embarrassing to be true. iKato 12:31, 16 February 2006 (UTC)

I've looked everywhere and the only reference I found to that incident was this article, so I deleted that statement, along with the one from Jeanine Pirro saying he was racist and sexist, which I also could not find. I added that there was an outcry from the Asian community and added a reference to that. Chuck 14:03, 7 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] NPOV tag

I've done a bit of cleanup of the section labeled NPOV; I think the tag can be removed unless someone has an objection. John Broughton 12:18, 15 May 2006 (UTC)

I put the tag up earlier, and I think you're right that it's cleaned up enough to take down, which in fact I'll do in 1 minute :) Chuck(척뉴넘) 02:03, 16 May 2006 (UTC)
Thanks. John Broughton 16:50, 16 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Update

Don't you think this page is in need of revision, considering the controversy surrounding his remarks to Daily News reporter Ben Smith?
Also, shouldn't there be a current events template at the top of this article? Ruthfulbarbarity 03:11, 25 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:John Spencer (Politician).jpg

Image:John Spencer (Politician).jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 06:46, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
