The article as I wrote it is a stub and need citations, reformatting, etc. I wrote what I wrote simply to get the ball rolling. I apologize for its briefness.

I could have sworn he had a Wikipedia article. He clearly deserves one. It would be easy enough to find evidence that his remasterings of pre-1948 recordings are often considered among the best ever done. He produced the JSP versions of the Louis Armstrong Hot 5's and 7's, and appeared to have had a hand in the vastly improved Robert Johnson releases of very recent years.Sojambi Pinola 06:07, 25 October 2006 (UTC)
