[edit] LAPD public domain?
Anyone know if LAPD web sites are considered public domain? There's a picture of this guy at http://www.lapdonline.org/chiefs_of_the_los_angeles_police_department/content_basic_view/33048 , but I dunno if we can use it. - Eric 10:07, 21 January 2007 (UTC)
