  • Flag was not removed because "flying another country's flag next to the U.S. flag is not allowed in HISD schools since it shows loyalty to another country". This is a blantent spin of the facts.

It is against the LAW to fly any flag, pennant, etc. above the United States of America flag. Please get your facts straight.
