This is the articles for a particular subject, the politician John H Cade. It is not the article for the history of the Republican party in Louisiana in the 20th century. Only material dealing with Cade's career is appropriate here. Another editor User:Wikihermit, apparently thinks that much more detail is appropriate, and chose to revert, as is his right, and actually left me a warning about it. I am not going to challenge him over this specific article; I see no point in edit warring over a particular politician's article. The general question of how much detail is appropriate in articles such as this will need to be resolved, but it does not need to be resolved immediately.DGG 03:32, 13 April 2007 (UTC)
