[edit] Help Needed: Third Reference
There's something funny about the third reference ("ucp2"). I believe I have formatted it correctly as [webpage title] but the brackets and the URL are visible. If you can fix it, please do. ubiquity 13:09, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
- Fixed it myself using
{{cite web}}
which is what I should have used in the first place. Never mind. ubiquity 05:55, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Sources
I realize that the sources for this article are all on-line book reviews of Knox's book, and that they are all probably repeating information that is in the book. So what I really need to do is read his book, and then collapse all the sources. Anyone who wants to do that is welcome to do so. Unfortunately, I won't have time for a while. ubiquity 12:11, 3 November 2006 (UTC)
- You certainly should read the book, especially after all the time you've put into this article - it's a fascinating book, but flows smoothly and won't take you too long to read. Regards, Newyorkbrad 15:34, 3 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] The Only Law Clerk's Memoir?
Although appearing today in "Did you know?" on the main page, the statement that Knox wrote the only memoir by a Supreme Court law clerk is not accurate. The first such memoir was by James_Harvie_Wilkinson_III (see the last paragraph of that article), and more recently there is Closed Chambers by Edward Lazarus. [edit] Parents
Shouldn't his parents' names be mentioned? Also, shouldn't the number of siblings be listed? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 66.55.227.78 (talk) 18:01, 12 April 2007 (UTC).
- Sure, if you know them, feel free to add them. --ubiquity 19:38, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
