At Brierley Hill (UK Parliament constituency) Charles Simmons is referred to as Charles James Simmons. The link here and there and all of the Charles Simmons articles all directed to the 1912 Olympic gymnast until recently. I've fixed that and created Charles Simmons (politician) for the Labour Government 1945-1951 Lord of the Treasury by the name. Is this the same fellow?
