He was born in Germany, and was ethnic German. However he was one of those Germans who described themselves as "wmieszkani Polacy" or, as we would say today, "naturalised Poles". THis will be one of "this" pages, i could bet. In Polish encyclopedia he is described as "z pochodzenia Niemiec", "of German descendancy". "German from descendancy".szopen

Is anyone opposed to me moving this article from it's current namespace to Johannes Crellius? Crellius then could be made a redirect Deyyaz [ Talk | Contribs ] 14:33, 28 January 2006 (UTC)
