This isn't actually the Jensen who proved that there are infinitely many irregular primes; one can check on Zentrallblatt that that was proved by K. L. Jensen: the reference is K. L. Jensen, "Om talteoretiske Egenskaber ved de {\it Bernoulliske} Tal" (Danish), published in Nyt Tidsskr. for Math. 26, pages 73--83 (1915).
