The Johns Hopkins Avon Foundation Breast Center is a comprehensive, multi disciplinary breast care program, offering a full spectrum of clinical and support services, from screening and diagnosis to treatment and counseling. The Center provides innovative, integrated, high quality and cost-effective care.

As part of the the world renowned Johns Hopkins Hospital, the Breast Center stands at the forefront of breast cancer research and treatment. The Center's state-of-the-art technologist and highly skilled medical professionals are internationally recognized. The Breast Center is located in a suite of offices in the Johns Hopkins Outpatient Center on the Hopkins medical campus in East Baltimore. Patients who visit the Breast Center have access to the most advanced tests and therapies available anywhere.

The prominence of the Johns Hopkins Avon Foundation Breast Center is reflected in both the Center's outcomes data and patient satisfaction surveys. In national survival studies, for example, the survival rates among early stage breast cancer patients at Johns Hopkins match or exceed national rates. The Johns Hopkins Avon Foundation Breast Center offers has many special features that sets it apart from other institution's Breast Centers. One of these unique features is our Johns Hopkins Breast Cancer Survivor Volunteer team. These are women from all walks of life who have had breast cancer and provide one on one support to women newly diagnosed and seeking treatment with us at Hopkins.
