John Ynaide

John Ynaide was the first Japanese Bishop of Osaka. Formerly a rector at Kawaguchi Christ Church, he was elected bishop in 1923[1], succeeding the joint appointment of an American Episcopalian (Tucker) and English Anglican (Foss).
