John Woodcock (magistrate) is also an italian magistrate

John Woodcock (March 19, 1954 – September 1998) was an American football player.

He attended Washington High School in Fremont, California, USA.

Woodcock was a standout defensive lineman under Coach Larry Price at the University of Hawaii (1974–75). He was a third-round draft pick of Detroit and went on to play a number of years in the American National Football League (NFL), with the Detroit Lions, and later with the San Diego Chargers.

He died from a heart attack at his home in Fremont at the age of 44. The song In Every Age was dedicated to his memory by sacred music composer Janèt Sullivan Whitaker.
