John Vickers

Sir John Stuart Vickers is Drummond Professor of Political Economy at the University of Oxford and a Fellow of All Souls College, Oxford. He served on the Bank of England's Monetary Policy Committee from June 1998 to September 2000, and then was head of the Office of Fair Trading until 2005. In June 2007 he was elected to be the next Warden of All Souls, taking up the post in 2008.
