John Vernon Henry (1767 - October 22, 1829) was an American lawyer and politician.

He was admitted to the bar in 1782. He was a Federalist member from Albany County of the New York State Assembly from 1800 to 1802. He was New York State Comptroller from 1800 to 1801. He was a delegate to the New York State Constitutional Convention of 1801.
He was buried at the Albany Rural Cemetery in Menands, New York.
