John Stant is a racing driver who has raced the #18 pickup since 2006 in the UK Pickup Truck Racing series.
Stant formed the team Maximum attack motorsport over nine years ago. He began in motorsport at age 16, riding Speedway. John competed successfully in many disciplines, winning races, events and Championships outright in Race, Rally, Auto tests and Sprints.
He is a regular writer in local, regional and national publications, reporting on motorsport events and assists in event organisation locally.
He has worked alongside Colin McRae in the late eighties at Ford Motorsport.

Pete has been a key member of the team since it was formed over nine years ago by a group of enthusiastic race fans from Cereal Partners UK. Pete was team co-driver in the Cheerios Puma Rally car.
- Mike Quinn - Technical
Mike's expertise lies in the Rallying world and he has prepared many rally winning cars, and can be regularly spotted under the bonnet of WRC machinery on British Rally Championship events. Mike is an experienced rally co-driver and has regular outings alongside some top North West based drivers, as well as Keith in their Mini.
- Keith Newey - Spotter
Keith’s role on race days is to guide the Cheerios 18 machine throughout the race, being in constant radio contact with the Driver. He is the driver’s eyes and ears. Keith is a regular competitor in his Mini Rally Car and record breaking Tiger twin engined sports car. He has also competed for several seasons in the Ford XR Series.
