John Senio (born 10 September 1982) is a Samoan rugby union footballer. He currently plays with Scottish club Edinburgh Rugby in the Magners League. Prior to signing with Edingburgh he played for the New Zealand franchise the Blues in the Super 14. He has also played for the Samoan national team, and was a member of their 2003 Rugby World Cup squad. Having left Edinburgh earlier in 2007 he is now playing in Top 14 division in France for the 2007-2008 season. along with brothers Kevin and Dimitri. Dimitri being a long time servant with S C Albi and Kevin who has played for Canterbury Crusaders and also has one All Black cap.
