John Schluter (born 1955) is the weekday weather presenter for Seven News in Brisbane.
[edit] Media career
Formerly presenting the weather for National Nine News in Brisbane for nearly 25 years, he quit in September 2006, just short of his 25th anniversary with the Nine Network. He was subsequently replaced by weekend weather presenter Joseph May. [1][2]
John was later signed by Seven News as a fill-in weather presenter for Talitha Cummins, a position which was later made permanent following high ratings for the then-second rate Seven bulletin (Seven News came 2nd in Brisbane in 2006). [3]
