John Schlichter

"John Schlichter" is a PMI certified OPM3 Assessor and OPM3 Consultant, known within the project management profession for having led the development of the Project Management Institute's OPM3 standard, an international standard for helping organizations to assess and develop project management, program management, and portfolio management capabilities in order to be able to execute their strategies through projects successfully, consistently, and predictably. He is the founder of "OPM Experts LLC". The Project Management Institute (http://www.pmi.org) is the global advocacy organization for the project management profession, with more than 200,000 members in over 150 countries. PMI is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), a component of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). John Schlichter was a member of the PMI Standards Committee, a member of the PMI Standards Member Advisory Group, co-founder of the PMI Metrics Special Interest Group, and subsequently helped PMI to develop and bring to market two professional certifications beyond the PMP for individuals who wish to become Certified OPM3 Assessors or Certified OPM3 Consultants.
