[edit] Early career

Mosquera started his career at Millonarios and River Plate youth team. He returned to Colombia in July 2004 for Atlético Nacional where he played for one and a half season.

[edit] Werder Bremen

A Werder Bremen's scout spotted him at the South American U-17 Championship, and signed him in January 2006, until summer 2009,[1] but Mosquera was immediately loaned to SønderjyskE[2] and then SV Wacker Burghausen[3].

Mosquera had a trial at FC Carl Zeiss Jena in summer 2007, but a heart attack made the trial fail. [4]Having returned to Werder Bremen for 2007-08 (debuting on November 3 against Hansa Rostock, and scoring is first first-division goal against Energie Cottbus on the 24th, always as a late substitute), he would be loaned again, joining second division's Alemannia Aachen on January 25.

[edit] International career

Mosquera was a member of the Colombian U-20s at both the 2007 South American Youth Championship and 2005 South American U-17 Championship.
