John Moses (dean)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Very Reverend Dr John Moses KCVO was Dean of St Paul’s from November 1996 to 31 August 2006, on which date he retired.[1]

His last Service as Dean was a Sung Eucharist on Wednesday 12 July 2006 at 5.00pm, and was attended by over 2,000 friends, family, colleagues and invited guests including HRH The Duchess of Gloucester, Baroness Thatcher and the Lord Mayor of London.[2]

Usually, holders of a Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order (KCVO) are entitled to be called "Sir"; however, since Dr Moses is a clergyman he can only use the post-nominals "KCVO".
