John Morgan Davis (August 9, 1906 - March 8, 1984) was the Democratic Lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania from 1959 to 1963.
Davis was born in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, and served as Judge in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas.
Davis received a recess appointment to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania from Lyndon B. Johnson on January 7, 1964, to a seat vacated by Thomas C. Egan, was confirmed later that year, and served until his death.
