John McQuillan (born July 20, 1970 in Stranraer) is a Scottish former professional footballer.
He began his career with his hometown club Stranraer in 1986 and went on to play for Tayside rivals Dundee, St. Johnstone and Dundee United, and also Alloa Athletic and Montrose in a 19-year career. He retired in 2005 while at Montrose.
