John McCarey is the corporate senior vice president of Affiliated Computer Services (ACS). He serves as an elected member of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors[1].
ACS is a premier provider of diversified business process and information technology, outsourcing solutions to commercial and government clients worldwide. McCarey was promoted to his current position with ACS in August 2002, following the sale of Lockheed Martin IMS to ACS in August 2001. He is responsible for all Group Accounting Operations throughout ACS. The groups reporting to him include: State & Local Solutions, Business Process Outsourcing, State Healthcare and Government Services. ACS is a Fortune 500 company comprised of more than 40,000 people in multiple locations around the world.
McCarey was the executive vice president of Lockheed Martin IMS from March 1996 to August 2001. He joined the company in 1987 as Chief Financial Officer.
