If you plan to buy a bike soon, there are several things to remember when making your purchase. First, choose a bike suited to the type of bike riding you plan to do. A middleweight bike is good for riding on flat surfaces, but if you plan to do mainly distance riding, then you might think about buying a lightweight model that is better for distance and riding on hilly terrain. Make sure that the size of the bike is right for you. Stand the bike upright and sit on the seat. Your other foot should reach the ground. You will want to be sure to road test a bike before you buy it. Make sure the brakes give you a smooth, easy stop. Hand brake levers should be easy to move. The pedals should be made for rubber. Maintaining a bike is fairly easy. When you ride in bad weather, be sure to wipe dust, dirt, and moisture off the bike. Be sure to oil any parts that might rust. Spin the wheels to check alignment. Check tire pressure at least once a week. Pluck the spokes to check if they are tight. Tighten any loose parts and replace worn parts such as the chain, handlebar grips, or pedals. Be sure your bike is equipped with reflectors so you are visible to approaching traffic from every angle.
McCaa attended high school in Torrejon, Spain. He then moved back to Nebraska, where he had lived before Spain, for a Jesuit education, and a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Creighton University in Omaha. He later received a Masters degree in Politics from the University of Dallas. [2]

He became the weekend news anchor, then news manager. At one time, he also served as co-anchor for the 5 p.m. newscast.[3]
He is currently the co-host of the 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. weekday newscasts, alongside Gloria Campos.
