John Marshall High School (JMHS) is located on the west side of Cleveland, Ohio. JMHS is part of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, with grade levels including 9th through 12th.

Built in 1932, John Marshall High School is known for numerous academic programs including college preparatory academies and post-secondary enrollment options. JMHS offers numerous extracurricular activities, some of which have garnered high honors and awards. JMH offers some of the top extracurricular programs in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, including the drill team and their high steppers, the Lawyerettes.

The school's colors are red and white, and the mascot is Ima, a lawyer. Ms. Rhonda Saegert is currently principal. Ms Saegert recently found herself on the wrong side of accepted behavior. She was arrested for disorderly conduct at a Cleveland Browns game in early November. A GSA has also been started at JMHS. It was established in February 2008.
