John Kingsmill

This article is about the Australian author. For the 16th century English landowner, see John Kingsmill (knight).

John Kingsmill is an Australian author, one time actor and amateur historian. He was born in Sydney in 1920. He achieved notice for his performance as Des Nolan ("THE GIG APE") in Rusty Bugles, the controversial 1948 play by Sumner Locke Elliott.
