John B. Healy (died 1995) was an Irish Fianna Fáil politician. A solicitor by profession, he was first elected as a Fianna Fáil Teachta Dála (TD) at the 1943 general election for the Kerry South constituency. He was re-elected in the 1944 general election but was defeated in the 1948 general election.
