John Hay High School is a public high school located in Cleveland, Ohio. John Hay is part of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, with grade levels including 9th through 12th. The neoclassical school was designed by Cleveland Schools architect George Hopkinson, and was built in 1929. It's athletic activity mascot is "Hornets". Its colors are Green & Gold.

This School is the home of three small schools: Architecture and Design(est.2006), Early college(est.2002), and Science and Medicine(est.2006). Each small school is unique and is the best schools in CMSD.
